Relationship Manager/Recruiting Specialist Position in Greenwood Village, CO

ProcureStaff Ltd., a division of Volt Information Sciences Inc., is currently looking to staff a Relationship Manager /Recruiting Specialist position for our Channels program in Greenwood Village, CO. Candidate will be Responsible for identifying and developing relationships with Hiring Managers and Suppliers to their fullest potential in order to fill job requisitions.  Must possess a desire for success, a competitive spirit, perseverance, tenacity, a professional manner, excellent listening skills, and be well organized. The overall goal is to decrease direct sourcing, increase utilization of the program and continually improve in customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  Train suppliers and clients on systems, processes, procedures Problem resolution-Liaison between client and supplier regarding personnel issues, tardiness, performance, timecard approval and issue resolution. Interface daily with key client and supplier decision makers. Work with assigned contacts or Supplier Managers to assess needs and fill requisitions. Educate managers on processes and benefits of program. Facilitate contractor engagement and on-boarding process Organize interviews between client and supplier. Create complete profile on each end user to understand the needs in each department and start building long term business relationships. Ensures customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. Negotiate rates with key client and supplier decision makers . Utilize critical decision making skills to drive strategy and revenue generating activity  Create the sense of urgency with suppliers to fill more positions.  Ensure suppliers are in compliance with on-boarding requirements to include drug test, background checks, credit check, references, confidentiality agreements, issued client badges, and technical evaluations to meet all client requirements before placing talent on-site. Analyze professional level skill sets for client review Review resumes for technical skills required for each position Leadership role in identifying and initiating expanded opportunities Strategize account by building strong working relationships with hiring managers and uncover areas in this account being serviced by other vendors  QUALIFICATIONS- Previous recruiting experience a must Technical IT/Telecom recruiting a must Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external customers. Ability to build strong business relationships. Highly organized with an attention to detail. Previous customer account management experience desired Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Internet, Power Point, Excel and Access BS/BA or equivalent Connecting talented people and respected companies.
