Regulatory Compliance Medical Devices
There is an exciting opportunity for someone with Regulatory Compliance experience in a Risk Management role with medical device manufacturing company in central Texas. The company is in the class II and class III medical device business and requires knowledge and experience in that industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Work across all areas of the business to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
· Responsible for compliance with the Corporate Health Care Compliance Program
· Responsible for training in health care compliance
· Risk identification and planning for mitigation of risks
· Review consulting agreements and ensure compliance to agreements
· Ensure compliance regarding product labeling and promotion
· Responsible for implementing controls and company policies
