The Tempe Branch for Accountants Inc. is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join its already successful team.  This position requires a confident individual to source,  recruit, interview, qualify, present and place accounting and finance professionals in career positions, consult with clients regarding staffing needs and hiring trends, and cross-sell AI services.   Skills and experience for success include:· Minimum of 3-5 years business-to-business recruiting or sales experience· Proven ability to manage and re-prioritize multiple projects while communicating effectively with internal staff, clients and employment candidates· Demonstrated ability to recruit and interview mid-career to management level professionals - ideally in the Accounting and Finance arena, but training is available for this aspect of the role· Experience making outbound phone calls and conducting in-person client presentations· Strong, consultative negotiating and closing skills· Dedication to follow-up with strong customer service approach· Consistent passion to prospect and network for referrals, establish business relationships and position company for future business · Proven ability to effectively manage time while setting and achieving aggressive goals· Drive to stand out in an entrepreneurial team environment· Self-starter with outstanding written and oral communication skills· Desire to learn, work within a team, adhere to best practices and respect legal requirements · Internet savvy with solid computer literacy· B.A. or B.S. degree required  Core values about people, innovation, teamwork and ethics are the foundation of Accountants Inc..  If you share these values, we invite you to explore the financial, professional and personal rewards a career within the specialized staffing industry has to offer!  Accountants Inc. is a nationwide, specialty-staffing firm focused on placing financial talent.
