Recruiting Manager

OVERVIEW:POI Employment LLC is looking for a Recruiting Manager to develop and grow his/her own client base by marketing our services. They will market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives. They will also recruit administrative and accounting financial professionals as well as interview and identify temporary, project and temporary to hire opportunities for these candidates. Finally, they will select candidates based on their qualifications to fulfill customer orders. REQUIREMENTS: All candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in stressful situations. A background in professional recruiting is strongly preferred.
