Recruiting Lead - [JOB# TPLEAD1]
Gardner Resources Consulting is a 10 year old software/IT staff augmentation consulting firm located in Wellesley, MA. We specialize in providing Project Managers, BA’s, BSA’s and developers to the Healthcare & Financial Services industry verticals.
We seek an individual to fill a role responsible for leading our Recruiting efforts. This individual will report directly to our CEO. The right person will have a strong commitment to the belief that successful placements hinge on factors that are in the best interest of clients, and consultants and are based on the core values of GRC.
The Scope of Responsibilities will include:
• The recruiting lead will maintain a book of business. The size and experience level of the staff in conjunction with the managers compensation needs will dictate the goals that this person should attain.
• Direct responsibility for individual recruiters (5+) and the recruiting team as a whole.
• Managing the groups overall productivity and efficiency as measured against pre-determined goals.
• Help setting the strategic and tactical direction of the recruiting group
• Provide tactical guidance, support, leadership and coaching for recruiting initiatives on a daily and weekly basis.
• Ensure that new recruiters are receiving informal and formal training and backing that up with constant reinforcement.
• Accompany recruiters on appointments, and evaluate strength and weaknesses of the candidate as well as the recruiter
• Developing effective working relationships with the sales team.
• Responsible for reporting to upper management on current recruiting activities, goal attainment, and recruiter issues.
• Participate in the on-going recruitment of new people including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring individuals in the organization.
Must Have:
• College Degree
• Full time employment in the Wellesley office 5 days per week
• Experience in an IT recruiting firm, managing a group of at least 3 recruiting staff
• Prior experience as either a technical recruiter or salesperson of IT consulting services
• Clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, no significant credit issues
• Multiple references from staff, peers, clients and consultants.
• Live within 30 miles of Wellesley, MA
