Do you have basic MS Outlook knowledge?  This is an exciting opportunity and if you have have previous experience in an HR or a  recruiting environment then we encourage you to apply!  We have an opening for 12 full time contract positions.Contract position will September 2008 thru April 2009 Pay at $16.50/hour  Work with us and support the recruiting efforts of one of the largest software companies in the world!The Recruiting Coordinator’s (RC) function is responsible for the design, implementation and management of all candidate interview logistics according to established service level agreements.  A successful candidate is one that takes initiative and proactively anticipates the needs of the customer, has the ability to handle heavy workloads in a fast paced environment and deals well with ambiguity.  The RC will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview logistics process. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail and the ability to partner successfully and professionally with various client groups, recruiters and vendors through out the entire staffing process.    RESPONSIBILITIES:· Creation and management of interview loops. Loop sizes differ depending on client group.· Management of candidate travel arrangements. Ensuring candidates understand this process and assisting as needed. Booking the travel for candidates in some cases.· Review and approval of candidate and client group interview expenses.· Management of candidate documentation: pre-interview online documents, interview feedback and final offer letter documents.· Provide various levels of customer service support to Recruiting team.· High level of confidentiality required. · Exceptional attention to detail including maintaining data integrity when using various tools and systems.· Professional written and verbal communication. EDUCATION:· High School diploma or equivalent required.  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. SKILLS REQUIRED:· High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel, other Office applications.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persuasively.· Ability to gather and analyze information and use it to develop effective solutions.· Excellent customer service skills.· Impeccable attention to detail. · Time management in a fast paced office environment, with the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. · Ability to switch gears in responses to unexpected tasks and/or requests. · Demonstrate planning, organization and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.· Effective relationship management skills.  · Ability to deal with ambiguity.      Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
