Recruiter Needed For Administrative Placement Firm - Base + Commission

Our firm has established itself as a leading recruiting firm in each of the markets we service - and we are seeking new recruiters to join our San Francisco office.  The ideal candidate should be highly energetic, ambitious, have an excellent track record of multi-tasking, and be a quick thinker who works well under pressure. Responsibilities include:

-Building a client base through networking and cold calling

-Understanding the clients’ open positions and specific requirements

-Sourcing and developing candidate pools for assigned positions

 

Requirements for consideration:

-A Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

-Outstanding written and oral communication skills

-Experience in sales or customer service in a corporate/professional environment

-Proven record of cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships

-A go-getter attitude and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and commission driven environment
