Oversee pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.), as well as the preparation and approval of offer package, providing equity & market competitiveness data research. Provide counsel to management on interviewing techniques and employment law regulations. Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and Abbott hiring policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.You're motivated. Driven to get things done. Most positions require the following qualifications:As a Staffing Account Specialist on the Recruiting Team, provide recruitment leadership, requisition management and customer service to management across all divisions with internal / external candidates. Position requires minimum 5-7 years proven experience/primary expertise in recruitment as well as ability to handle multiple areas/recruiting needs as determined by dept. workload.
