My client is looking for an office assistant for a 3+ month contract in which the candidate would be required to perform routine clerical operations under direct supervision. The incumbent would be responsible for answering a six line phone, transferring calls, paging employees, and use an intercom system. Other duties would include working on projects, scheduling appointments, setting up conference centers, maintaining files, greeting customers/ clients/ vendors, as well as other misc tasks. To be considered for this position candidates must have the ability to work with a variety of office equipment, strong telephone presence and ability to handle high call volumes, must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
