Receptionist / Customer Care Assistant

Receives and directs people, calls, issues, and deliveries to the appropriate department or employee. Supports Facilities-related tasks and responsibilities locally at Itasca office and also provides remote support for downtown Chicago Autodesk office. Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM.  This individual will be required to work one (1) day per week out of their downtown Chicago location. Requirements: 2+ years of receptionist, administrative and customer care experience. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience handling intricate customer situations.
