TEMP TO HIRE OPPORTUNITIES – FRONT DESK AMBASSADOR

 

TeleSec CORESTAFF is currently recruiting for three corporate companies; two are located in the Tyson’s area and the other in Arlington, VA.  Do you have the personality to be a FRONT DESK AMBASSADOR AND LOVE SMOOZING CLIENTS?  If so, we may have the right opportunity for you.

 

One successful candidate will be responsible for general reception duties; greet visitors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Switchboard operator to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Arrange transportation services when needed. Ability to work as late as 6:00 p.m. when necessary.  Principal Responsibilities:  Main front desk reception switchboard coverage, orients guests, assist with conference room bookings, assist with conference room set-ups and teardowns.  Keep kitchen clean and stocked, keeps front desk and lobby area organized, sorting daily mail, assist with booking travel and logistics requests.  Other administrative duties such as FedEx, data entry, marketing material mailings, special projects as assigned.  Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.  Pay rate: up to $13 as a temporary, up to $15 as a full time employee.

 

The second successful candidate will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors.  In addition, this role provides general office support with a variety of administrative and clerical activities.  Key Responsibilities: take all incoming calls, greet and direct customers, visitors and vendors.  Provides administrative assistance to the executives and senior managers.  Data input in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.  Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.  Schedules and coordinates all meeting room and conference bridge reservations.  Arranges office luncheons and restaurant reservations, office supplies, maintains order of the kitchen, supply room, conference rooms, front desk and all common areas, receives and sorts mail.  Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  Pay rate: up to $18 as a temporary, full time salary range: $35-$45.

 

The third successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish and French.  Primary duties consist of answering all incoming calls and greeting clients.  Occasionally responsible for translating (verbal and written).  Basic clerical duties such as, filing, copying, data entry, etc.  Pay rate: up to $14 as a temporary, full time salary $36,000.
