They are looking for an experienced and innovative Manager/Director of Research and Development to build upon their reputation for high quality products.In this role you will head and manage new product development, line extensions and projects from concept to commercialization. You will identify quality or process improvements, value added new technology, cost reduction, and product and process improvements. This position also entails working in a cross-functional team within a matrix type organization.
