Right now, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who can help us grow our Recruitment Outsourcing Division.  This Division works and places Recruiters in contract, contract to permanent, and permanent positions.  The ideal candidate would have experience sourcing, and interviewing Recruiters.

 

What we ask of you:

Be the Recruiter whose call you would return.

 

Leverage your current network, online social network, blogs, and in-house ATS system to source and secure ‘A’ quality candidates for both permanent and contract opportunities.

 

Ascertain candidate qualifications; Match to appropriate opportunity; Counsel them through the process, and Close the deal.

 

Be the subject matter expert about your business both for your candidates and for your Team.

 

Do the detail and administrative work needed to maintain the integrity of the ATS and facilitate your candidate’s hiring process.

 

Interest in contributing and being involved in a growing a new Division.
