REAL ESTATE LEASING ASSOCIATE

Leasing Associate for Real Estate Development & Management Corp. 

Lease space in shopping centers throughout the East Coast

 

Duties include

  Show spaces to potential tenants Negotiate leases Close deals Some travel in the tri-state area-travel expenses are paid

 

 Commercial leasing experience required.

 

This is a salaried position with full benefits.   Year end Bonus

 

Salary:  $60,000-70,000 per year + Bonus.  Will go higher depending on experience.
