Quality Assurance - Quality Complaint Manager

 

A well respected leader in the medical products industry has an opportunity for a Quality Complaint Manager at their St. Louis, MO manufacturing facility. The company manufactures disposable medical devices and consumable medical products. The ideal candidate will come from the medical device or pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry and will have experience with FDA regulations, complaint systems, and complaint management. This position carries the responsibility for management and decision making with regards to field assurance, post market vigilance, and compliance with FDA regulations including FDA reportable incidents.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum BS from a four year university. Advanced degrees are a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in complaint systems, tracking, and field

  assurance/post market vigilance/post market surveillance

• Broad knowledge of medical products manufacturing methods and procedures.

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Excellent customer service and interface experience

• A successful history in the medical products industry with compliance to GMPs, FDA,

SPIs, SOPs, ISO, and internal quality systems.

• Six Sigma knowledge and experience are a big plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other software packages.
