TrueBlue, Inc. has an opening for a Property Manager at our Corporate office in Tacoma, WA. Position Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for managing a commercial real estate portfolio for a national branch network and providing coaching and technical support to other members of the Property Management Team. The position reports directly to the Director of Real Estate and is based at our corporate headquarters in Tacoma, WA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Property Management: - Monitor and analyze rental market conditions. - Recommend commercial property lease term parameters; negotiate and prepare commercial leases including related renewals, relocation, closing, opening, and branch consolidation activities. - Approve invoices, process repair/replacement requests, place Certificate of Insurance orders, and administer other vendor/Landlord related changes. - Review CAM reconciliations and authorize payments and/or ensure proper credit from Landlords. - Monitor lease expiration schedule, prepare lease abstracts, and input data on commercial property management systems. - Assists in the creation of effective and efficient processes and procedures. Qualifications: - CPM or RPA or similar designation a plus - Three to five years commercial real estate management experience required - Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred - Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Facility Wizard a plus - Possess strong understanding of lease agreements and excellent communications with landlords and tenants - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong tenant improvement construction experience a plus - Ability to calculate figures, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Minimal, if any, travel required TrueBlue, Inc. provides an excellent benefit package, which includes: 401K, Stock Purchase Program, Tuition Reimbursement, College Fund, and a Comprehensive Medical/Dental Program.
