This person will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting surrounding a portfolio of properties. Prior Property / Real Estate industry experience is a plus, but not a must. The Property Accountant will be responsible for: Month-end close. Reviewing financial statements. Assisting with year-end audit. Account reconciliations. Journal entries. Analysis and budget review.
