Project Managers

Placement Pros (the commercial division of Vedior North America, 3rd largest staffing agency in the world) is currently recruiting for Project Managers in Cypress, CA.

The Project Manager will be responsible for working with the respective Content Managers and/or Project Managers to ensure all requirements for regulatory materials are fulfilled and developed in accordance with business and regulatory requirements and time frames.   

• Assisting in the development of the content of regulatory required member materials.
• Reference benefit charts, phone grids, and other sources of truth to populate documents.
• Perform QA on regulatory required documents to verify that content is accurate.
• Analyze documents to identify errors/discrepancies.
• Assist with the Layout process and tasks [includes proofing, formatting and project management of assigned jobs].
• Other duties assigned.
