Position Description:
International Client Sales Representatives set the stage for all of the work that goes on in our team-based operations. International Client Sales Representatives locate, qualify, and contract with medical facilities that need interim physician staffing. The position will make the most of your time-management skills, your ability to push hard to achieve activity and productivity goals, your computer savvy, and your very strong phone-based sales and negotiation skills. Requirements:College degree in business, communications, sales, marketing, education or related field and/or equivalent preferred. Two to five years of sales experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Experience requires a successful demonstration of the following:Strong organizational skills and flexibility, with the ability to set goals and review them regularly to produce immediate and consistent sales results in a primarily phone-based selling situation.Ability to close sales while upholding quality standards, conducting rate and contract negotiations, and leading team-based critical thinking and problem solving.Ability to provide supervision to others on the team as necessary. Ability to use a variety of sales concepts, practices and procedures, and the ability to coordinate sales activities from conceptualization, to planning, to successful execution. Ability to understand financial and budget information, and to operate within these parameters.Ability to provide quality services to clients and engage them in positive ways.Willingness to expand working knowledge of the physician staffing business and stay informed about market and competitive issues through research and professional networking. Ability to utilize office systems and computer programs to provide effective service to clients and colleagues.Willingness to take classes and participate in learning opportunities, both within and outside the company. Ability to manage stress effectively. Ability to develop and maintain effective communications with everyone during the performance of job responsibilities. Strong writing and presentation skills and a good grasp of new technology and its potential for enhancing connectivity/relationships with physicians and clients.Ability to create and build new client relationships for International placements.Willingness to sign an employment agreement. Willingness to work occasional Sunday through Thursday work week.Willingness to work occasional evening shift 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Physical Demands:Substantial physical movement (motion) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers; prolonged standing, reaching, lifting required.Ability to receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively required.
