Flow chart process and analyzing process
Working with teams to improve processes
Conducting Kaizen EventsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 years "Lean" process improvement experience as a team leader
Must have led Kaizen Events
Must have complete understanding of "Lean" processing improvement
Bachelors Degree
Strong ability to work with people and effectively collaborate
Strong planning and organization skills
Excels at delivering results
Desired Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or Business
Experience as a team lead a plus
ISO experience a plus
The candidate selected for this position must have experience working in a close team environment. Commitment to working as a team to reach goals is critical to the success of our business.
We offer a strong an aggressive performance based commission plan plus base salary. Company benefits include: Immediate eligibility in 401K, profit sharing, full health and dental insurance, vacation days, sick days, holidays and direct deposit.
