Private Account Services Operations Specialist

87354 Do you have 1-3 years of global custody, trade settlement, and/or investment operations experience? Do you have a fund accounting background and would like to make a move away from NAV work and closer to Global Investment Operations? This is a unique and exclusive opportunity to work as a member of a talented high-profile 28+ person team within a well established financial services company who is providing investment trade support for premier UK wealth managers and banks. The team is rapidly expanding and they are looking for top performers. If you have a proven track record of providing ideas and direction surrounding process improvement you will be given special consideration. The Private Account Services Operations Specialist will perform high level specialized operational securities processing activities in support of the firm's business lines. You will be a subject matter specialist typically dealing with moderate to complex issues as they relate to his/her area of focus. These activities include: instruction receipt and authentication, entry instruction and verification (dual controls), processing and recording, reporting and acknowledgement, and reconciliation. These activities would include Trade Entry, Foreign Exchange Processing, Trade Settlement, Corporate Action Processing, and Research Notification. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of Global Custody experience. Demonstrated knowledge of a product and its process within Operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
