Great way to break into Management!The Company An extremely strong, progressive Agronomy Retailer is looking for a Plant Foreman in Central Illinois. The Plant Foreman will have similar responsibility as the location manager and will oversee 5 - 6 people and all of the day to day operations including custom application. Either a seasoned Location Manager or an Agronomy Salesman looking to take the next step would be ideal fits. Experience Required This opportunity is with an extremely progressive and stable agronomy company that has an extreme interest in seed. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required, as sales will be a key part of their duties. The employees at this location are very experienced but need a great leader.
