Payroll Manager
Payroll Manager opportunity for someone who likes to take ownership of a position. The ideal candidate would have 8-10 years experience as a Payroll Manager for at least 1,000 employees in a multi-state environment.
Key skills would be a CPP(a plus not a must),experience with end-user reporting and query tools such as Oracle Discoverer,payroll tax experience for in-house payroll for a multiple site location company. This company does weekly payroll so someone who can manage a team in this environment and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and reporting will get the job. The Manager also oversees garnishments,401k,benefit changes and new hire set-up.
This is a stable, well-established company and if you have worked for a multi-state construction or engineering /job costing environment or company then you have all the skills necessary to be successful.
