Payroll/Invoice Clerk

Bolder Staffing, Inc. is looking for a Payroll/Invoice Clerk to work in our Broomfield Office.

Payroll -

-Update any group timecards that must be sent to clients on a weekly basis.

-Process one to two weekly payrolls including checks and direct deposits.

-Prepare all checks and stubs for either mailing or pick-up.

-Coordinate employee pick-up and client delivery of all payroll checks and stubs.

-Vacation Check Requests - verify hours via check history and process vacation checks.

-Process special payment requests such as reimbursements, jury duty, and bereavement pay and acquire necesssary verification and approval for processing.

-Handle all reissue and voided check issues and requests-with Manager approval.

-Create misc. flyer announcements to include with paychecks as needed.

Accounts Receivable-

-Generate all customer invoices.

-Prepare requested timecard copies to attach to applicable invoices and mail out.
