Payroll Administrator

Process biweekly and monthly payroll for 1000 employees, including inputting data, wire transfers, payroll reconciliation and tax issues.  Answer employees’ questions pertaining to payroll issues and benefit deduction issues. Input data into computerized payroll system (1) employee’s name and personal information (2) regular working hours, over-time hours, and other earnings, (3) deductions and withholdings, etc.  Preparation and distribution of paychecks.  Prepare and input accounting journal entries for payroll.  Generate Worker's Compensation payroll reports and coordinate audits.  Payment and trust reconciliation for S&A Plan. 

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree

Bachelors Degree desired

3 – 5  years Payroll Experience with ADP a must

Accounting Operations Process Knowledge

Labour Leg. Collective Agree., Pension.

2 + years Accounting/Business/Human Resources Experience
