Description

 

Minuteman Group is seeking several experienced and motivated people with strong communication and computer skills, including students, to join our technical recruiting/staffing team on a part-time basis (minimum 12 hours/week).  The recruiting assistant will be part of a driven and dedicated team who is focused on meeting our client needs and growing our business. 

 

Responsibilities

 Search internal and external databases for qualified candidatesScan resumes and qualify candidates efficiently to match skills to client requirementsHelp maintain and grow the internal database Post new jobs to our internal and external job boards

 

Requirements

 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced  work environmentStrong communication skillsAbility to develop, implement and manage a sound recruiting strategy to increase the pool of qualified candidatesAbility to  match the skills of qualified candidates to the client requirementsStrong and well versed computer skills are required – MS Office is a minimum Ability to gather and organize dataAbility to meet goals and objectives set-forth by management

 

Flexible Hours:

 Weekdays : Monday to Thursday: 5PM to 9 PMSaturday: 9 AM to 4 PM (minimum 5 hours)Sunday: 9 AM to 2 PM

 

Location & Schedule: Lexington, MA; Flexible Schedule

 

 

Salary:  $12 -15 /hour depending on qualifications; no benefits
