Part Time Junior Recruiter/Research Assistant 10-30 hours per week (Hours that can be worked, Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30) $10-12/hour plus bonusSanford Rose Associates is an executive and professional search firm that has served the recruiting needs of business and industry since 1959 with a network of approximately 70 offices globally. We are now looking for an entry level Junior Recruiter/Research Assistant in the Butler/Wayne area of Northern New Jersey.Job responsibilities to include: ' Research of clients and candidate identification ' Identifying human resources related market trends ' Database management ' Liaison with candidates, clients and networking ' Reference checking and preparations ' Client company research ' Resume and search sharing management ' Administrative supportThe ideal candidate will possess the following: ' Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines ' Work under little supervision and independent ' Project oriented with the ability to prioritize assignments ' Inquisitive, disciplined and assertive ' Excellent written and communication skills ' Previous business/office working environment ' Sales driven and motivated ' Computer literate (Word, Internet, etc.)This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, but dynamic office environment with the continual flexibility of any day and time schedules to work for your convenience during the course of the week. This could be suitable for a college student or person looking for a flexible work schedule.
