Immediate need for a part time Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper to work up to 16 hours per week. This is a long term temporary opportunity flexible with days and hours located near Pittsburgh. Some weeks may work more or less than 16 hours depending on workload. Previous work experience with Peachtree and Timeslips is preferred. Main duties will be entering time sheets in system, invoicing clients and being a back up to the receptionist covering lunches. Will report to the Office Manager and when she is out on leave or vacation, responsibilities will fluxuate. The pay for this position is between $13 - $15/hr depending on experience.Benefits available throughout temporary period! Direct Deposit available. Our employees are paid weekly!
