SUMMARY

The right candidate will provide full lifecycle recruiting support to our clients including, but not limited to:Needs identificationJob description developmentSourcingRecruitingIdentifying qualified candidatesFacilitating interviewsManaging the on-boarding process

 

Recommend and introduce appropriate processes, tools and relationships to support our clients hiring needs.  Negotiate rates and salaries with candidates including complex offer packages.

Maintain candidate tracking system to include Recruitment Metrics, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The right candidate will assess a variety of organizations and make recommendations regarding processes, teams, and employees. 

 Broad and diverse knowledge in recruiting.  This is essential to the success of the recruiting consultant.  Due to the high visibility of the consultants within their assigned client group, they will be looked to as Subject Matter Experts and will be expected to make decisions that will positively impact the client(s).

 The right candidate will be highly accountable.  The environment at each client site varies and must be assessed by each consultant during the initial meeting between the client group and the consultant.

 Significant research background and capability.

 Experience in using a variety of interview techniques that may assist in the discovery of a candidate’s skill set.

 Training and mentoring abilities needed as they will often be called upon to develop and/or lead subordinate teams of recruiting personal.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 5-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting, with a corporate and/or agency backgroundBusiness acumenBachelor’s Degree preferredFood Science experience or equivalent experience in the fieldExcellent track record of Customer and Client-Service experienceStrong computer skills Strong communication skills including written and verbalStrong organizational skills Highly Motivated and Independent Worker
