SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERKÂ PART TIME OPPORTUNITY

Macomb County company has an immediate need for a part-time shipping/receiving clerk. This is part-time, 6 hour day shift opportunity, Monday - Friday, starting pay is $10/hr.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Excellent written/verbal communication skills Detail oriented Dependable, adaptable & flexible Ability to lift & carry heavy objects Prior use of handtruck/dollies Ability to work indoor/outdoor Basic computer knowledge, particulary Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to: Verify and maintain incoming/outgoing shipment records Prepare items for shipment incluidng proper documentation Determine appropriate shipping method, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates Unload trucks, move equipment, maintain shipping supplies

This is a great opportunity for an individual that is currently studying for a degree in the computer science field, offering the opportunity for advancement upon completion of degree.
