SPHERION a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry is seeking an Oracle Architect, for our client located in Adrian, MI.DURATION: DIRECT HIRELOCATION: ADRIAN, MI BASIC FUNCTION:Oracle Fusion architect will be responsible for implementing Oracle's Identity Management, Business Intelligence, Web Center & SOA solution. Architect must be able to provide architectural best practices, high-level frame work and detailed design and development activities. Hands on design and implementation experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Single Sign On, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Portal, integrating non Oracle LDAP stores (Ex. MS Active Directory) within the Oracle Identity Management framework is preferred. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the design of the project as Fusion architecture. Work with the Systems Integrator (vendor) architects to develop the project data architecture deliverables. Develop a logical model to represent the business data and a physical implementation of that model with the required performance, concurrency, and availability characteristics Work closely with the technical architect and development lead to coordinate implementation of Fusion Middleware design. Develop comprehensive technical documentation for the fusion middleware components Contribute and participate in the design, proof-of-concept and implementation of a fusion architecture Work with the architecture team to define and implement an architecture road-map. Participate in design reviews and lead design/architecture reviews focused on middle tier architecture where appropriate. Assist in definition and management of standards, guidelines and processes for fusion components Responsible for Interface design and best practices Participate in Oracle workshops to gain Oracle knowledge  Participate in testing of interface data and volume testing Review results from testing interfaces QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in a business related area Strong management and coordination skills (people and project) Good relationship builder (i.e. cooperative approach) Proven experience in complex ERP environment Excellent Oracle technical expertise (Oracle certification) Experience with SOA Suite components like BPEL, BAM, ESB, WSM, Rules Engine and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Web Center, OIM and Stellent is a big plus Extensive Oracle EBS 11i/12 implementation experience is a mustAPPLY NOW by clicking the button to the left.
