Operations Specialist with Chargeback Experience Needed ASAP!!!

The environment is very dynamic and promotes growth!!!!  This is temporary to permanent opportunity Requirements: Must have 2 or more years of recent experience (within the last 6 months) in an Operations area of a financial institution Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard and EFT processing systems Knowledge of Visa/MasterCard Operating Rules is required Job Description: Review new claims for resolution and take action within 3 business days of receipt. Review and take action on incoming copy fulfillments and representments within 1 business day of receipt. Maintain loss ratio of less than 1% of annual generated income. Utilize internal and external network software to research transactions, process chargeback’s, copy requests, hot cards, captured cards and fraud advices. Maintain awareness of Visa/MasterCard chargeback regulations and processing changes. Successfully manage client relationships and address customer issues in a timely manner. Review and correct rejected chargeback’s and copy requests based on established guidelines.
