dotStaffâ„¢ is currently looking for an enthusiastic VMS Onsite Program Manager to work with clients and vendors in the web-based staffing industry located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Onsite Manager will be working with an onsite administrator and is responsible for data analysis, reporting to the client and coordinating dotStaff internal communications to maintain a positive relationship with our client and suppliers in the program.
Responsibilities include: building strong relationships with clients and vendors, acting as primary point of contact for clients, lead day-to-day management of client implementations and vendor processing, assist in strategy development, demonstrate working knowledge of dotStaff™ product, master and maintain vast knowledge of dotStaff™ client’s and vendor’s business, monitor agency/client budgets and billing processes for accuracy and timeliness. Some Travel to client sites is periodically required.
