For over 30 years, Helpmates continues to be recognized for setting the standard and it’s always attributable to our employees who make the difference.  Our growing, dynamic staffing service is seeking to strategically add a sharp, experienced On-site Manager as part of the expansion of the our Logistics, Distribution and Manufacturing On-site programs. 

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate his/her ability to work in a fast paced, sales-driven and customer focused environment, as a cohesive and flexible team player. 

 

Chosen candidate’s primary responsibilities include:

q Develop a recruiting program to identify and attract qualified applicants

q Process and fulfill client job orders with the appropriately matched temporary employees in a timely manner

q Manage and execute Helpmates Safety Programs

q Conduct performance evaluations on all employees to ensure we exceed our customer’s expectations   

q Manage employee relations issues and manage liabilities to  minimize exposure

 

Potential candidates will meet the following requirements:

q At least 3+ years recent on-site management experience in a light industrial environment

q Proven track record of achieving/exceeding personal production quotas through effective recruiting and placement techniques; negotiation and problem solving skills

q Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet on-site goals and objectives 

q Proven ability to develop customer confidence and build strong relationships with both the client company and temporary specialists 

q Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills; both written and verbal.

q Experience with processing payroll through Electronic Payroll Systems.

q Computer literate to create reports in Word and Excel
