On-Site Manager

Dunhill Staffing provides superior service and personal attention to our customers in staffing for Office and Administrative Support, Customer Service, Financial Services, and Light Industrial/Warehouse.

 

We invite Top Talent to join our team as an On-Site Supervisor! This role will be dedicated to a new account of Dunhill Staffing and will be located in Carol Stream, IL.  Training will be conducted at client site as well as the Dunhill Downtown Chicago office. 

 

In this role, you will be responsible for:



·  Management of all Dunhill employees on site for client (150+ during peak season/Q4)

·  Proactive recruiting through job boards, referrals, job fairs and other association and network involvement

·  Conducting candidate interviews  

·  Successful fulfillment of client orders including temporary, temporary to hire, and direct hire through responsiveness and quality candidate matches

·  Provide on-going, daily communication with site supervisors as well as internal support team

·  Schedule interviews, process payroll, maintain candidate database and provide administrative support through reporting, correspondence, etc.

·  Utilizing our proven systems and processes for order and assignment tracking, quality assurance and service delivery

Required experience includes:



·  Minimum of 2 years experience in staffing operations, partnering with clients in Warehouse, Distribution and/or other Light Industrial settings or 2 years of experience in management role at distribution center

·  Minimum of 1 year experience in managerial role

·  Experience recruiting and placing for large volume projects

·  Proven track record of success in an environment where performance is measured by productivity and results

·  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

·  Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience

·  Ability to demonstrate strong initiative and drive for results

·  Proven ability to interactive in a professional manner with clients and employees

·  Ability to work with littler supervision
