As Tier II, provide support for trouble shooting PC hardware, software and network problems Enforce technology system standards: procedures and guidelines Perform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS Network operating systems support experience: LAN/WAN Microsoft Windows NT/95/98/00/03/XP server experience Microsoft Office support experience, including Outlook Good written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills are required.
