Provide training and technical support to all Asset users and resolve technical problems related to the tool. Develop guidelines/processes to enhance market RF Engineers and design efficiently using the planning tool. Coordinate/support Rankmaster Engineer and Regional Development team to find ways in auditing design of new site builds consistent to national build plan. Perform other functions relating to the duties and responsibilities of Regional RF Engineering Design and Planning team. Skills: Candidate must be knowledgeable in the principles of radio frequency propagation, radio base stations, antenna systems, and mapping Background in radio network planning and design with relevant experience in radio network performance improvement is a must Candidate should possess expertise in radio network planning tools such as Asset, Planet, MapInfo, Vertical Mapper, or similar tools. Working knowledge in database tools used in data acquisition, extraction, parsing and processing such as SQL, Oracle and PL-SQL.
