Position Summary:

The National Recruitment Manager (NRM) is responsible for prospecting/cold-calling and contacting candidates utilizing Travelmax lead referal sources to effectively communicate what Travelmax has to offer the traveling Allied professional.  The NRM will further close the candidate to joining Travelmax and retain a relationship with the candidate through the process of hiring the candidate as an employee and placing the employee in a position with one of our clients.  The NRM will negotiate salary and all terms of the overall compensation package, assist in the credential process and manage the employee while on assignment with Travelmax. The NRM is responsible for building their travel team of Allied professional and is accountable to ensure that regional growth meets or exceeds targeted goals.  Since the travel healthcare staffing industry is a national marketplace, successful NRM’s must be able to build relationships and close successfully via telephone and internet/email communication.

 

Primary responsibilities:

 

· Utilizes Travelmax lead referral sources in addition to database mining and competitor recruiting to identify candidates who are interested in travel opportunities. 

 

· Interviews interested candidates and moves them through the hiring process including employment reference checks and credentialing.

 

· Negotiates salary, benefits and stipends to insure an acceptable company profit margin.

 

· Supervises employees during their assignment with Travelmax including regular communication, payroll oversight, conflict resolution and employee retention.

 

· Meets and exceeds established hiring goals and budgets and performance standards.

 

· Develops recruiting strategies and takes advantage of networking opportunities.

 

· Develops and maintains relationships with candidates, clients and staff.

 

· Manages profit margin within company parameters.

 

· Tracks and reports productivity and weekly activity to ensure that the minimum company expectations are met or exceeded.



 

Minimum Requirements:

· Minimum 3-5 years sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry. 

· Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university. 

· Demonstrated track record of sales driven growth and success. 

· Strong organization, negotiation, and closing skills. 

· Ability to communicate effectively and sell via telephone and internet/email.
