With sustained growth since 1992, Our Client has delivered the results Military/Aerospace, Medical Device, Consumer Electronics, and Automotive clients require. ****We are searching for experienced individuals for our Sales organization. This candidate must have 3 yrs experience in Medical Controlers/Actuators Sales to Medical Equipment manufactures.Candidates must have at least three years experience in our target industries (medical); strong interpersonal skills; a technical / engineering background; an understanding of how to build business ROI cases; and the ability to quickly identify opportunities for the company to provide solutions for potential customers based on our unique competencies and the customers’ unique needs. Primary FunctionsMaintain and grow existing customer accounts with the intent to develop close working relationships, long term commitments and increased partnership via ROI based sales presentations of partnership offerings in alignment with the customer’s business needs. Establishes new customer accounts by surveying business conditions and opportunities; identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales-call schedule; setting appointments, delivering ROI based sales presentations and presenting engineering services solutions inline with the customer’s business needs. Duties:Make sales contacts, research customer needs and deliver well qualified ROI presentations for our services Develop and Execute Account Strategy PlansParticipate in Sales Forecasting and planningParticipate in Development of New Services/Products, Modification of Existing Services/Products and Termination of Ineffective Services/Products via communication and interaction with Engineering / Operations groupsDevelop and Maintain Communication in a Cooperative and Professional Manner with All Levels of Staff and CustomersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThree or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of wins and experience selling Medical device to Large CompaniesExcellent verbal and written communications skillsPossess good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyPossess good analytical skills Ability to travel Experience delivering formal presentations to senior decision makers Experience arranging meetings with senior executives without prior contactCompetence in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and WordTechnical degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSTechnical Skills:At least 3 years experience working in/with electronics systems or controllers/actuators (medical)Have a strong understanding of technical, cost and risk implications of potential solutions and incorporates these into capturesMarket and competitive analysis experienceAble to work with minimal direction, but promotes an open flow of information so that all concerned are well informedCustomer & Industry Knowledge:Understanding of defense contractors, commercial aerospace and medical equipment manufacturers Understand the impact and implications of political, economic, technological and competitive trends on client organizationsDevelop solutions that consider potential impacts on client’s business positionDemonstrate a proven ability to exceed customer expectationsSALARY OF $90,000 - $98,000 PLUS COMMISSION TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE INTAGIBLE SALES EXPERIENCE IN (MEDICAL) CONTROLERS/ACTUATORS SALES FOR MEDICAL MANUFACTURES. see job description At Manpower, our mission is to serve as trusted advisors in the changing world of work.
