Receptionists: Do you have at least 1 year of recent experience working as a Medical Receptionist in either a clinic or hospital setting? Administrative Assistants: Do you have 2-3 years of recent success working as an Administrative Assistant in the healthcare field? Billers/Coders: Have you graduated from a Billing or Coding program and have 2 years minimum of working experience in that respective field? IMMEDIATE MEDICAL RECORDS OPENINGS: Do you have at least 1-2 years of current & continuous experience in a healthcare setting? On Assignment is currently staffing for Temporary Medical Records opportunities throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Job responsibilities for these positions may include: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Utilizing Microsoft Word & Excel to create professional documents Insurance follow up & verification Transcribing Physician's notes Scanning medical records Maintaining patient chartsCurrent openings in: Hospital out patient settings Private practice physician office specialty clinics Small and Large specialty clinics Business Office settingsSome positions require previous experience working with specific computer software applications. Candidates with the following experience will receive top priority: • IDX • EPIC/Cadence Interested candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of current experience in the healthcare field, strong computer skills, a flexible schedule and the ability to multi-task.
