This team strives to act as a trusted extension of their advisors and partners, producing results that directly and positively impact business objectives, thereby becoming indispensable to their advisors and coworkers. Marketing Specialist - Reitirement Plans will: Disseminate information for a variety of topics and needs from advisors and colleagues regarding retirement plans. Assist in the coordination of marketing strategies to enhance current offerings. Assist Retirement Marketing team members with the management of day-to-day activities and projects. Deliver sales support materials to support Retirement Marketing initiatives, products, and revenue-driving strategies. Assist advisors and team members with developing sales ideas and creating marketing campaigns and materials. Requirements: 1?3 years experience with retirement plans within financial services industry. Series 7 preferred. Exemplary phone and public-speaking skills. Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects. Effective written and oral communication skills; ability to foster interdependent relationships. Desire to work hard and have fun.
