Manager of Business Reporting
Job Title: MANAGER,BUSINESS REPORTING

SUMMARY:
The Manager, Business Reporting is responsible for providing technical and analytical expertise in the support of complex report generation and general Strategic Business Analysis functions.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:
·Prepares requisite data for report submissions.
·Utilizes SQL and relational database tools to reprice pharmacy claims.
·Refines existing analytical models and database queries as appropriate.
·Implements quality assurance of all methodologies and components used in report development.
·Validates source data and interprets report results.
·Assists in the creation of report procedure documentation.
·Serves as a resource for training and product knowledge.
·Supervises and develops staff to carry out the mission of the department.
·Exhibits compliant and ethical behavior in the performance of job responsibilities,including complying with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations,company Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Policies and Procedures and other policies and procedures applicable to position.
·Actively participates in company Compliance and Ethics Program, including attending annual compliance and ethics training and reporting suspected violations of thelaw or company policies and procedures via company Procedures for Reporting Incidents of Possible Improper Employment Practices, Misconduct, or Improper Financial/Accounting Practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative basedfield (I.e. Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting). Relevant advanced degree (i.e. MBA) preferred. 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience with pharmacy/healthcare reporting. Previous experience with RFP analysis. Expertlevel proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access. Familiarity with writing SQL database queries. Proven quantitative experience and ownershipof projects. Must have previous Pharmacy Benefit Management, healthcare or managed care experience. Must be highly analytical, strategic, anddetail-oriented. Must have strong communication and decision making skills. Must be able to simultaneously manage large, complex projects. Prior supervisory experience highly preferred.
