Manager - Permanent Placement Hub II

Description: Coach and recognize Perm Placement Consultants (PPC), to: - Consistently Provide an exceptional client and candidate experience - Reinforce and teach effective sales negotiation tactics - Achieve client penetration and retention Work Collaboratively with other hub managers, Regional Director and Regional Permanent Placement (PP) Manager to ensure alignment, leverage and best practices sharing Set strategies to ensure financial and business results are achieved including development of the operation plan, its related budget and the day to day management and responsibility to achieve budgeted results.Qualifications:Responsible for developing and driving a clear Permanent Placement revenue generation within a Branch Hub reporting to the Branch Manager. Establishes and implements sales and recruiting strategy and reinforces activity and performance targets required to achieve Permanent Placement objectives.Provides focused leadership on a daily basis to Permanent Placement Consultants to ensure effective sales, recruiting and relationship management techniques. Facilitates best practice sharing and implementation with perm placement team. Positions Manpower as a leader of the delivery of Permanent Placement Services. The position repots to the branch manager of the office in which the hub is located.
