Manager, Electric System Operations 1518m Visit our website for more details www.mriheadhunter.comElectric power system operation management and strategic leadership of: Communications, Data Services, Meter Services, and Power System Operations, including oversite of maintenance of protective relaying, SCADA, and radio communications, and the design and installation of revenue billing and instrument transformer metering facilities.Position Responsibilities: · Manage Electric System Operations.  Ensure FRCC compliance and corporate safety and operating policies are met.  Maximize the Load Management Benefit.  Minimize outage restoration process. · Manage the maintenance and testing of all revenue billing and instrument transformer metering facilities: Ensure all equipment and facilities are tested and comply with all applicable codes and standards · Manage the tracking of power system reliability, identify areas of improvement, and lead teams to implement changes · Manage communication systems used to operate the electrical system, including mobile radio, SCADA, Load Management, relaying and fiber optic facilities · Optimize the delivery of system operations through effective deployment of labor and resources · Drive organizational change and process improvements · Lead and develop employees. Create and maintain an environment that builds talent. Provide for performance management through feedback and coaching.
