About the Position: I am currently seeking out a very strong Maintenance Manager:  5+ years of experience in process related industry would be ideal.    This is an excellent opportunity with a respected and established industry leader.  This is a company that is continuing to expand and grow and is looking for candidates that will be prepared to help drive toward the future.Qualified individuals will have: candidates from the Ethanol industry would not need a degree, but would need a minimum of 3 years directly supervising a maintenance team; candidates outside Ethanol would need to have a degree in Engineering or Maintenance.  You will provide direction to entire maintenance staff as well as feedback on performance.  You will be responsible for direction, planning, and safe implementation of all procedures.  You will also be responsible for Predictive, Preventative, and Corrective maintenance activities.  Must be able to work with a variety of personalities in all departments.  Candidates must be focused on safety and be Preventative and Predictive Maintenance minded individuals.    Compensation: Company offers excellent compensation $80K-$95K, DOE plus benefits.
