Maintenance Journeyman Welder

Will be responsible for performing necessary mechanical repairs, lubrication, and inspections relative to cement plant operations. Making new equipment and machinery installations. Assisting electricians with motor installations and alignments and with electrical and instrument maintenance repairs. Applying proper safety requirements to any and all jobs being done. Ensuring work area is neat and clean at all times. Job offers excellent pay and benefits packages. Must be able to to correctly use measuring devices required to perform all duties. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, sketches, and manufacturers specifications. Must be able to operate oxy-acetylene and electrical welding and cutting equipment. Must also be able to inspect, lubricate and make minor adjustments to equipment. Should be familiar with gear ratios. Industrial mining experience preferred.
