Lockbox Implementation Analyst

One of the Major Financial Institutions in Chicago is looking for a Lockbox Implementation Analyst, The Specs are:• This is a position that will manage client implementation requirements by using project management principles and Six Sigma tools. Individuals will establish client profiles on the appropriate platform and is accountable for a seamless, defect-free migration to the production environment.• Resource must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities; communicate effectively verbally and in written form; synthesize information from a variety of sources into a solution that meets or exceeds clients’ expectations; influence teammates and clients skillfully for swift adoption of receivables solutions. Resource must be a self-starter willing to take risks to do the right thing for clients. Primary Role:• Primary point of contact on all Implementation functions and related issues on a given lockbox implementation.• Role will be primarily focused on Scannable lockbox implementation on the VICOR processing platform. Therefore, the resource must have prior experience with scannable lockbox VICOR implementation. • Participate in client calls, along with the Implementation Coordinator to gather information to complete set-up.• Identify client needs and recommend solutions where appropriate.• Ensure the implementation is meeting the client’s needs.• Ensure that operations can deliver the client requirements.• Set up the lockbox requirements on the appropriate lockbox system.• Coordinate and/or complete any technical set-ups with appropriate business partners and ensure thorough and accurate testing. • Complete client specific instructions in partnership with the appropriate Operations representative to ensure understanding of client requirements.• Transition the box from Implementation to Production.• Provide appropriate information to Production Team.• Provide required client specific training to Production Team Job Title: Lockbox Implementation Analyst Company: Collabera Location: Chicago, IL 60601 Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: IT/Software Development Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Company: Collabera Job Reference Code: HSH_NImpl
