Job Responsibilities: • Develop and cultivate new sales leads while maintaining branch accounts, through inside and outside sales activity. • Understand client needs and offer business solutions that offer business value and technical support. • Identify new opportunities for business within the local market while increasing market share with current business partners. • Establish team building initiatives with internal staff members to fulfill timely and critical job openings for clients. Qualifications/Requirements: • 1-2 experience in the staffing industry as a Sales rep or Recruiter • Ability to demonstrate success in identifying, closing, and maintaining accounts. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-task, team environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, technical field or equivalent experience. • Understanding of the Information Technology industry and terminology; previous experience in the IT staffing industry is desirable, but not required.
