International Tax Manager

90745 International, publicly traded company is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Manager to oversee their International Tax function. The International Tax Manager will be responsible for the international components of the federal tax return, Subpart F calculation, foreign tax credit, filing for foreign affiliates, quarterly / annual tax reporting provisions, and providing guidance and on tax initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. MST desired. 7-10 years of progressive experience in a tax role. Public accounting experience is strongly preferred. Exposure to Subpart F, foreign tax credit and IRS tax audits. Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, CORPTAX and SAP. Strong analytical, technical, and managerial skills.
