With our IT division experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking experienced and committed IT Search Consultants to support our clients’ global IT workforce needs by recruiting top talent for their organizations. Our clients provide leading application software solutions focused on delivering value to their customers across many industries.  Successful candidates will the ability to move relationships from recruiting vendor to business partner.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting top IT talent.  Additional requirements include:

· Minimum of 2-3 years recruiting experience.

· Proficiency in and a passion for networking to identify top talent.

· Experience working with clients and candidates to determine the best match for both.

· Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with key decision makers.

· Ability to work independently on a client site when necessary, as well as contributing as an effective team member.

· Understanding of business and information technology processes.
